Disclosed is a lamp (1) mounted on an umbrella column, the lamp having a housing (11), a power supply device and a control device (18), wherein the housing (11) comprises a light-emitting unit, and a light-transmitting window (12, 12') is provided near the light-emitting unit. The housing (11) is formed by snap-fitting two locking tile type halves; after the two locking tile type halves are snap-fitted, the middle of the housing (11) forms a cylindrical space (13) for accommodating an umbrella column; the interior of the cylindrical space (13) is provided with a fastening device (20) that is to be in contact with and tightly presses the umbrella column so as to fix the housing (11) on the umbrella rod; a first edge (14) and a second edge (15) are formed at a position where the two locking tile type halves of the housing (11) are snap-fitted; the first edge (14) is provided with hinges (16) that connect the two locking tile type halves together and can be opened and closed; and the second edge (15) is provided with a lock catch (17) that can open or close the housing (11).
