Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a lamp signal generator for generating a lamp signal for analog-digital conversion comprises: a lamp signal generating unit which charges a prepared capacitive element using a predetermined reference power and outputs, as a lamp signal, a signal indicating an electrical discharge trend while discharging the capacitive element; and a lamp signal correcting unit which feeds back the corrected driving current to the lamp signal generating unit such that the lamp signal is corrected, in accordance with the change in the tilt of the lamp signal, and outputted. The present invention is advantageous in that the lamp signal can be corrected in a feedback manner, to thereby output an accurate lamp signal in accordance with a process and/or temperature.
