Abstract:
A large pipeline bending machine, comprising a base (1), an outer mould (2), an inner mould (3) and a lever (4); the outer mould, the inner mould and the lever are all placed on the base; the outer mould is provided outside the inner mould; the inner mould and the lever are both movably connected to a bearing (5); an end of the outer mould is fixedly connected to the lever; a through hole (6) for accommodating a pipeline to pass through is provided at the joint position between the outer mould and the inner mould; a winch (10) is connected to an end of the lever by means of a steel wire rope (8) and a pulley (9); the winch is connected to an electric motor (11). The large pipeline bending machine has a simple structure, high efficiency, good bending effect and high degree of automation, and is easy to operate.
