Abstract:
Disclosed is a large-scale environmentally friendly 3D printing device capable of automatic feeding, comprising a stepper motor, the top portion of the stepper motor being connected to a frame, and an output end of the stepper motor being connected to a belt; a lower end of the belt is connected to a fixing seat that fixes the belt, and the fixing seat is rotatably connected to the outer side of the frame; a copper stud for supporting is mounted on the outer side of a coupling; and a top end of the frame is connected to an automatic heating hopper that facilitates feeding, and the inner side of the frame is connected to a limiting block that facilitates fixing of the belt. In the large-scale 3D printer, not only is the printing range conveniently expanded and the printing size larger, but printing speeds are also fast, the printing speed is conveniently adjusted, and printing materials are environmentally friendly; in addition, the printer can be paired with an automatic feeding apparatus system to achieve a double-color, three-color or gradual-layer gradient color product process. Said large-scale 3D printer and the automatic feeding apparatus system are suitable for use in environmentally friendly composite materials that easily absorb water, such as distillers grains, straw, okara, used coffee grounds, rice husks, thermoplastic starch, bio-based materials and polyvinyl alcohol.
