Abstract:
The present invention provides a large thrust built-in autofocus motor, comprising a stator housing, a rotor, a driving assembly, an upper spring and a lower spring. In the present invention, a laser etching conductive circuit is formed on a lens carrier, and a Hall chip is connected to a base-embedded circuit connecting piece by means of LDS traces. Meanwhile, a driving magnet serves as a Hall magnet at the same time, and there is no need to additionally add and assemble assemblies such as the Hall magnet, a magnet baffle and a PCB. Thus, the number of assembly parts of a closed-loop motor is reduced, which facilitates assembly of the motor and improves the assembly stability of the motor. Therefore, the motor has characteristics such as accurate focusing, faster focusing, and lower power consumption. In the present invention, a mounting structure in which pre-deformation occurs between the upper string and an upper surface of the lens carrier and between the lower string and a lower surface of the lens carrier is adopted. Compared with a traditional parallel overlapping/joining structure, the volume of the rotor can be made smaller, and the displacement space of the rotor in the stator housing is increased, thereby increasing the displacement amount of the rotor in the stator housing. When the motor is used in a camera assembly, the focusing amount of the camera can be increased.
