Abstract:
Disclosed is a large-tonnage skip bucket anti-blocking system, comprising a skip bucket (10), wherein two parallel rows of guide rails (1) are fixed on both upper and lower shaft walls of a shaft that are on two sides of the skip bucket (10), several pulleys (2) are mounted on the guide rails (1) in a fitted manner, a strike plate (4) is mounted between upper and lower pulleys (2), the length of a ribbed plate (43) of the strike plate (4) is greater than the width of the skip bucket (10), a hydraulic cylinder seat (6) and a vibration electric motor (5) are spaced apart from each other on an outer side of the ribbed plate (43), one end of a hydraulic cylinder (8) is connected to the hydraulic cylinder seat (6) by means of a buffer spring (7), the other end of the hydraulic cylinder (8) is connected to the the shaft wall of the shaft, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (8) pushes, when extending outwards, an inner side of the ribbed plate (43) of the strike plate (4) to be tightly attached to an outer wall of the skip bucket (10). The system effectively reduces the occurrence of blockages of the skip bucket, is simple in structure, does not affect the normal operation of the skip bucket, and improves the safety and work efficiency of a hosting system for mining.
