Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laser-based multiple printing apparatus and a method for fabricating a surface-morphology-controlled perovskite thin film by using same. The multiple printing apparatus according to the present invention can perform from the formation of a perovskite thin film to surface morphology control in a single process since a printing apparatus such as a slot-die coater, a gas blower, and a laser device are coupled in a single module, and thus a perovskite thin film that has no pinholes and is compactly and uniformly coated and a solar cell comprising same can be mass-produced with a large area.
