Abstract:
A laser device, comprising a single-core optical fiber (2) and a lens cone (3) used for condensing the emitted light from the single-core optical fiber (2) to achieve a hybrid welding of a high power density spot and/or a low power density spot. The interior of the lens cone (3) and the single-core optical fiber (2) are sequentially provided with a cylindrical lens (10), a collimating lens (12), and a condenser lens (13) on the same optical axis (11); the cylindrical lens (10) is provided in the lens cone (3), located between an optical fiber outlet and the collimating lens (12), and has a longer focus distance than the condenser lens (13); the hollow diameter of the cylindrical lens (10) is provided in a beam emitted by an optical fiber. The laser device can flexibly respond to fiber lasers of various companies, can also carry out single-mode transmission, and realize a hybrid welding mode of keyhole type and heat conduction type by using a simple single-core optical fiber under high endurance.
