Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a laser heat treatment method for an amorphous alloy strip, comprising the following operational steps: step 1): connecting two ends of a strip to a first backrolling shaft and a second backrolling shaft respectively; step 2): providing a laser heat treatment device between the first backrolling shaft and the second backrolling shaft so as to perform laser heat treatment on the strip, wherein the laser heat treatment device has a laser wavelength range of 200 nm-1500 nm, a laser output power of 1 w-1 kw and a laser spot diameter of 10mm-300mm, the laser is a continuous laser beam or a pulsed laser beam having a pulse width of 30 ns or more, and the moving speed of the strip is 1 mm/min-800 mm/min; and step 3) winding the heat-treated strip into an iron core. Therefore, the method may effectively eliminate the stress generated during the preparation of the strip, retain a certain free volume, improve the toughness of the strip, improve the production efficiency, and reduce the production cost.
