Abstract:
A latex glove soaking, washing and drying integrated machine, comprising a machine body housing (1), a machine body base (2), an external air discharge pipe frame (3), an outer cylinder (4), a driving mechanism (5), an inner rotating drum (6), an air discharge pipe (7) and a fan (8); the driving mechanism further comprises a mounting frame (51), a driving motor (52), a transmission shaft sleeve (53), a transmission shaft (54) and a transmission component (55); and the mounting frame is composed of an upper mounting plate (511), a lower mounting plate (512) and a support rod located therebetween. Compared with the prior art, the integrated machine has a simple structure, is reasonably designed, and integrates the described multiple processes into one. Dewatering can be performed at a low speed after washing and vulcanization, which not only saves a vulcanization solution, but also improves the precision of the process; there is no need to transfer materials, for drying, and during the final discharging, the machine can be tilted forward to automatically perform discharging.
