Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laundry dryer (1 ) effecting drying of the laundry placed in a drum (2), the laundry dryer (1 ) comprising a front door allowing access into the drum (2), a processing air fan (3) providing circulation of the processing air and an electric motor (7) rotating sad drum (2) and supported on first and second mounting frame members (8, 9). A noise suppression element (10) is provided as an intermediate support between the first and second mounting frame members (8, 9) on which the motor (7) is placed and the chassis (6) of the laundry dryer (1 ).
