Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laundry treatment apparatus and a water supply valve control method therefor. The laundry treatment apparatus according to the present invention comprises: multiple cleaning nozzles which are provided in a circulation channel for circulating air in a water tub and spray water; multiple water supply channels having one side connected to a water supply source and the other side connected respectively to the multiple cleaning nozzles; multiple water supply valves for opening/closing the respective multiple water supply channels; and a control unit for sequentially controlling the multiple water supply valves such that, with at least any one of the multiple water supply valves open, the other is closed, so that any one of the multiple cleaning nozzles is opened so as for water from the water supply source to flow out continuously. Accordingly, the occurrence of a water hammer can be inhibited at the time of water supply for cleaning; thus, damage to parts and noise generation caused by a water hammer can be inhibited.
