Abstract:
A lawn filament planting device. Starting from the pull-out end of m fiber filament spindles (1), m transversely arranged filament feeding pipes (2) are provided and connected to a circular arc segment (3) which is flexible and has a changeable angle, a straight feeding pipe (4) in a horizontal direction running through the inside, and the straight feeding pipe (4) moves horizontally back and forth once in each filament planting cycle; a rectangular cubic seat (16) is fixed on a frame (9), the rectangular cubic seat (16) is provided with n rows and m columns of filament pressing pipe upper and lower through holes (14) in an up-down direction, and a row of cutting mechanisms (11) is provided between two transverse rows of filament pressing pipe upper and lower through holes (14); the tops of each row of filament pressing pipes (7) are fixed on a horizontal transverse rod, the top end bottom of each of the filament pressing pipes (7) are communicated, and positions directly face the filament pressing pipe upper and lower through holes (14) on the lower rectangular cubic seat (16); a filament planting needle (8) that can move up and down is arranged coaxially with each filament pressing pipe (7), and the bottom end of the filament planting needle (8) is higher than the bottom end of the filament pressing pipe (7); the filament planting needle (8) is pushed to move up and down synchronously along the frame (9) by a filament planting needle pushing mechanism (12) , and is pressed and moved downward by a vibrating device (18) in coordination; the filament planting needle (8) moves downward under vibrating pressure, passes through the lower opening of the filament pressing pipe (7), and presses against a fiber filament (6) so that the fiber filament (6) enters a set depth position of the ground (G). The lawn filament planting device shortens the filament planting time, improves the filament planting efficiency, and reduces the economic investment.
