Abstract:
A layered body comprising a glass base plate and a layered film provided on the surface of the glass base plate, wherein the layered film comprises, in order from the glass base plate side, a first layer containing silicon nitride, a second layer containing silicon, and a third layer containing silicon nitride, and the layered body has a transmittance of 10% or greater for visible light entering from the glass base plate side and a surface resistance value in excess of 200 Ω/sq as measured from the layered film side.
