Abstract:
The present invention provides a layered material for a reflective sports ball. The layered material comprises a substrate layer, a reflective material layer, and a silica gel particle layer. The substrate layer and the silica gel particle layer are respectively adjacent on both sides of the reflective material layer, and the silica gel particle layer does not completely cover the reflective material layer. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the layered material, which comprises the following steps: 1) fitting the substrate layer to the reflective material layer; 2) applying the silica gel particle layer to the reflective material layer; 3) baking for 5-15 minutes at 60-100 degrees Celsius; and 4) repeating steps 2) and 3) 2-12 times. The present invention further provides an application of the layered material in the reflective sports ball, and a reflective sports ball. The sports ball made of the layered material provided by the present invention can be easily grasped, and is not easy to slip, so that the reflective sports ball can be truly used. The reflective sports ball provided by the present invention is good in elasticity, and the reflective material layer is not easy to abrade.
