Disclosed is a laying head, comprising: a rotor assembly, a casing (1), and a support component and a driving assembly (17) provided on the casing. The rotor assembly comprises a hollow shaft (2) with a big end (3) and a small end (4), a laying plate (5) fixed to the big end of the hollow shaft, and a laying pipe (6) provided inside the hollow shaft. The big end of the hollow shaft has a first flange (7) and a second flange (8) which extend in a radial direction. The laying plate is fixed on an end surface of the second flange. The support component comprises a first support structure I provided on the big end of the hollow shaft and a second support structure II provided on the small end thereof. The first support structure I comprises a bearing housing (9) fixed on the casing and an arc support (10) swingably provided between the bearing housing and the hollow shaft. Since the support can swing and the angle thereof is adjustable in a certain range of angles, the stability of the whole apparatus is improved and the service life thereof is prolonged.
