Abstract:
A wood/nano LDHs flame-retardant material and preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out oxidation treatment on a wood material, washing the wood material to neutrality, and drying the wood material to obtain oxidized porous wood; (2) preparing a wood/nano LDHs flame-retardant material using a hydrothermal synthesis method or a physical filling method, and growing nano LDHs particles in-situ or filling same to wood pores to obtain a wood/nono LDHs composite material having a flame-retardant effect. The method features simple operations and low costs. Nano LDHs are uniformly distributed in the wood pores to obtain the wood/nono LDHs composite material having a flame-retardant effect. The material can be widely applied to aspects such as buildings, home decorations, and chemical products.
