Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a lead-carbon storage battery negative plate spontaneous curing process. Negative plates coated with lead plaster are uniformly arranged or hung on a curing frame. The process consists of the following stages: stage 1, controlling the temperature to be 25-38℃, the humidity to be 100%, the curing time to be 6-10 h and the circulating air volume to be 10-30% in a curing chamber; and stage 2, controlling the temperature to be 25-38℃ and the humidity to be 85-90% in the curing chamber. In the lead-carbon storage battery negative plate spontaneous curing process, the set curing temperature is relatively low and closer to room temperature; during curing of the lead plaster, free lead is subjected to an oxidizing reaction with oxygen diffused into the lead plaster or on the plate surface to release a certain amount of heat, so that the temperature required by the process can be reached without steam heating of the curing chamber, and steam and energy can be greatly saved; therefore, the quality requirements on products are met, production cost is saved, and the problem of energy consumption in the prior art is solved.
