Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a lead-free double perovskite for enhancing Er ion photoluminescence and a preparation method therefor and the application thereof, which belong to the technical field of luminescent materials. The chemical formula of lead-free double perovskite is: Cs2AgIn1-x-yCrxEryCl6, wherein 0.00 < x ≤ 1.00, and 0.00 < y ≤ 1.00. Cs2AgInCl6 is taken as a matrix, luminescence centers are respectively trivalent Cr3+ and Er3+ ions, by means of the Er3+ ions, infrared light, the peak position of which is located at 1540 nm, is generated, and the quantum efficiency can reach 22.6%, which is increased by about 60 times compared with that of a single-doped material, such that the lead-free double perovskite has stronger near-infrared light emission. There is efficient absorption within the range of 250-900 nm, and there is a very wide excitation spectrum, such that ultraviolet light and visible light can be effectively absorbed. Energy of the lead-free double perovskite is precisely located in a low-loss window in optical fiber communications, such that the lead-free double perovskite can be widely applied to the fields of near-infrared LEDs, low-loss optical fiber communications and germanium-based solar cell materials.
