Abstract:
A preparation method for a leather-like biological composite material, comprising: placing a culture mixture containing a fungal species and a nutrient matrix in a culture device for culture; flatly pressing a plate on the upper surface of hyphae in one direction, and continuing culture; removing the plate, attaching a layer of grid-shaped film to the upper surface of the hyphae, and continuing culture; and flatly pressing the plate on the upper surface of the hyphae in one direction, and continuing culture until the hypha-film complex in which the hyphae completely cover the grid-shaped film is formed; repeating the previous steps at least once; and separating the complex from the nutrient matrix, and post-processing the complex. Provided are a leather-like biological composite material prepared by the method, and a use of the leather-like biological composite material in the preparation of a light/textile product.
