Abstract:
The present application relates to an LED chip, an LED array and an electronic device. An epitaxial layer (11) and an electrode (12) are included in an LED chip (10). The epitaxial layer (11) comprises an N-type semiconductor layer (111), a P-type semiconductor layer (114), and an active layer (113) arranged between the N-type semiconductor layer and the P-type semiconductor layer. The electrode (12) comprises an N electrode (121) electrically connected to the N-type semiconductor layer (111), and a P electrode (122) electrically connected to the P-type semiconductor layer (114). In addition, the LED chip (10) further comprises an electron-blocking layer (112) arranged between the active layer (113) and the N-type semiconductor layer (111).
