Abstract:
The present invention relates to an LED light strip coated with waterproof insulation PVC resin and a manufacturing method therefor, specifically: using a PVC film provided with adhesive to paste parallel wires to form a flat wire; assembling in a head-totail arrangement on the flat wire a short bare light strip already welded with a circuit board containing LED components, and forming a welding connection between the bare light strip and the flat wire; and using an extrusion machine to coat melted PVC on the bare light strip provided with the flat wire, the outer coating PVC and the PVC on the flat wire forming melted bond fixation to integrally connect the manufactured light strip and the outer coating PVC.
