Abstract:
An LED module (10) and an LED array module. The LED module (10) comprises a circuit substrate (20), and at least one red light LED (21), at least one green light LED (22), and at least one blue light LED (23) which are provided on the circuit substrate (20); a retaining wall (30) is provided on the periphery of the LED module (10), and at least one region of the retaining wall (30) is doped with a quantum dot material used for generating compensation light. By doping the quantum dot material in a specific region of the retaining wall (30), when an LED close to the region emits a light beam, the quantum dot material in the region is excited to generate a compensated light beam, and the light beam generated by the quantum dot material not only can improve the light-emitting brightness of the LED module (10), but also can reduce the interference phenomenon of light in the LED module (10) and improve the uniformity of the light.
