Abstract:
An LED tile display screen, comprising a rear body (1), an LED lamp board (2) fixedly provided on the rear body (1), glass (4) covering the LED lamp board (2), and an adhesive layer (3) used for sealingly bonding the glass (4) and the rear body (1). The LED lamp board (2) comprises a PCB board (21) and a plurality of lamp beads (22) fixedly provided on the PCB board (21); the rear body (1) comprises a bottom housing and a plurality of supporting bodies (11) fixedly provided in the bottom housing; the supporting bodies (11) are used for supporting the glass (4); the LED lamp board (2) is fixedly provided in the bottom housing; and the top surfaces of the supporting bodies (11) are higher than the top surfaces of the lamp beads (22). The supporting bodies (11) support the glass (4) and can transfer pressure borne by the glass (4) to the rear body (1), thereby avoiding the glass (4) from crushing the lamp beads (22), and having the function of protecting the lamp beads (22). An acrylic transparent panel is replaced with the glass (4), thereby avoiding color change caused due to sunlight irradiation, improving the display definition of the LED tile display screen, and having a better display effect.
