A lens barrel assembly and a head-mounted display device. The lens barrel assembly comprises a lens barrel housing (1), a display assembly (3) and an imaging assembly (2); the display assembly (3) is provided on one end of the lens barrel housing (1), and the imaging assembly (2) is located in the lens barrel housing (1) and is close to the other end of the lens barrel housing (1); the display assembly (3) comprises a fixed plate (301) provided on one end of the lens barrel housing (1), and a plurality of display modules (302) provided on the fixed plate (301), wherein display screens (3021) of the plurality of display modules (302) are arranged in a matrix, and the display screens (3021) of two adjacent display modules (302) are arranged at a certain angle; and the imaging assembly (2) comprises a plurality of optical lenses that are stacked, at least one optical lens comprises a plurality of sub-lenses that are spliced together, and the plurality of sub-lenses of each optical lens are arranged corresponding to the display screens (3021) of the plurality of display modules (302), respectively.
