Abstract:
A lens component (4) radiates light from light sources (2) each having orientation characteristics in which luminosity decreases as the distance from a light axis increases. The lens component (4) includes a light guide/radiation unit (20) that has a central axial line (C1). A first axial line (Y) and a second axial line (Z) mutually intersect with each other and each intersect with the central axial line (C1). The light guide/radiation unit (20) includes light entrance parts (N) that each have a light entrance surface (27) at which light from a corresponding light source disposed at a light source position (Q) enters, and includes a plurality of radiation mechanisms (H) that radiate light to a plurality of radiation angle ranges (HA). Each of the light entrance surfaces (27) includes a near-side incoming region (KNA) that is near to an optical axis line (AX1) and a remote-side incoming region (ENA) that is disposed further apart from the optical axis line (AX1) as compared with the near-side incoming region (KNA). Each of the radiation angle ranges (HA) includes a near-side radiation angle range (KHA) that is located nearer to a first axis line (Y) than to a second axis line (Z), and includes a remote-side radiation angle range (EHA) that is located farther from the first axis line (Y) than is the near-side radiation angle range (KHA). Light entering in each of the near-side incoming regions (KNA) is radiated to the corresponding remote-side radiation angle range (EHA) via a corresponding remote-side radiation mechanism (EH). Light entering in each of the remote-side incoming regions (ENA) is radiated to the corresponding near-side radiation angle range (KHA) via a corresponding near-side radiation mechanism (KH).
