A lens (10), glasses, and a diopter adjustment method, which relate to the technical field of optics. The lens (10) comprises a liquid lens (11). The liquid lens (11) is a Fresnel lens based on electrowetting technology. The liquid lens (11) comprises a first lens unit (111) and a plurality of lens assemblies surrounding the first lens unit (111), wherein the lens assembly comprises a plurality of second lens units (112), and the diopter of the first lens unit (111) and the diopter of the second lens unit (112) can be separately adjusted. By means of dividing the liquid lens (11) into the first lens unit (111) and the plurality of second lens units (112), namely, dividing a space filled with a transparent conductive liquid (100) into the first lens unit (111) and the plurality of second lens units (112) with small volumes, the transparent conductive liquid (100) located therein can be separately controlled by means of the first lens unit (111) and the second lens unit (112), thereby overcoming, when glasses are worn, the influence of gravity on the transparent conductive liquid (100), and thus ensuring the focus convergence of the liquid lens (11) and improving the accuracy of diopter adjustment.
