Abstract:
A lens lifting and rotating apparatus and an electronic device. The lens lifting and rotating apparatus comprises a lens (70), a magnetic steel (10), a Hall element (20), a support structure (30), a transmission mechanism (40), and a driving mechanism (50); the driving mechanism (50) comprises a driving shaft (51) and a sliding block (52) sleeved on the driving shaft (51); the transmission mechanism (40) comprises a first transmission structure (41) enabling the support structure (30) to move in the vertical direction and a second transmission structure (42) for driving a mounting platform (60) mounted on the support structure (30) to rotate; the sliding block (52) drives, by means of the first transmission structure (41), the support structure (30) to move in the vertical direction; in a rotating process of the mounting platform (60), the first transmission structure (41) is elastically deformed, the sliding block (52) moves with respect to the support structure (30), and the sliding block (52) drives the mounting platform (60) to rotate; the lens (70) is fixed on the mounting platform (60); one of the magnetic steel (10) and the Hall element (20) is arranged on the sliding block (52), and the other one is arranged at a fixed position, the fixed position satisfying the requirement that the Hall element (20) can detect the magnetic field of the magnetic steel (10). According to the lens lifting and rotating apparatus, only one magnetic steel (10) and one Hall element (20) are needed, and displacement change of the magnetic steel (10) is obtained in both lifting and rotating processes, so that the cost is saved.
