Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lid that is excellent in sealing a container mouth part by using a paper-based material. [Solution] A lid according to the present invention is attached to a container mouth part so as to be freely attachable/detachable, the lid being characterized: by having a top cover and a side wall formed of a paper-based material which surrounds the top cover and tapers off obliquely from the upper end side to the lower end side; the top cover and a the side wall being integrated with each other, with a rising part, which is formed on the peripheral edge of the top cover, joined to the inner surface of an upper wall of the side wall; and an engaging part for engaging with the container mouth part being formed on the inner periphery of a lower wall of the side wall.
