Abstract:
A lifting speed reducer for a coal mine. A lengthened bearing block (9) is mounted on an outer side of a box (3) to match a self-aligning bearing so as to support an output end of an output shaft (6), thereby improving the rigidity of the output shaft (6) and reducing a shearing force borne by the output shaft. An oil temperature alarm and oil level alarm devices (12, 13) are provided to monitor a lubricating state of the lifting speed reducer, thereby reducing the risk of high-temperature abrasion of a bearing. A worm gear and a worm are replaced by a bevel gear pair, such that the volume of the box (3) is reduced, and a speed reduction ratio range is wide.
