Abstract:
A light assembled metro tunnel cleaning vehicle, comprising a front vehicle (100) and a rear vehicle (200). The front vehicle (100) and the rear vehicle (200) can be quickly assembled and disassembled by means of lock catches (1); a water tank (2) is detachably mounted on the front vehicle (100), and a power device (3), a cleaning device (4), and a center console (5) are mounted on the rear vehicle (200); the center console (5) is used for acquiring working condition data of the metro tunnel cleaning vehicle, controlling the power device (3) to drive the whole vehicle to travel, and controlling the cleaning device (4) to perform cleaning operations; the cleaning device (4) is further provided with a water pressure adjustment mechanism (41) for controlling a water pressure and a sprayer lifting mechanism (42) for avoiding obstacles. By means of the center console (5), the water pressure can be adjusted and the sprayer can be lifted manually. The apparatus is light, has a high degree of automation, and can be quickly disassembled, assembled, and combined to enter a metro tunnel through a subway station, so as to clean metro rails and tunnel walls.
