Abstract:
The light-blocking plate is provided with: a front surface positioned on a light incident side; a back surface which is on the opposite side to the front surface; and an aperture passing through and between the front surface and the back surface. The aperture comprises a first aperture portion and a second aperture portion connecting to the first aperture portion at a central opening, and the first aperture portion extends from a back-surface opening on the back surface to the central opening and is tapered from the back surface toward the front surface. The second aperture portion extends from a back-surface opening on the front surface to the central opening and is tapered from the front surface toward the back surface. The front-surface opening is larger than the back-surface opening. In a cross-section along a plane orthogonal to the front surface, the angle formed by the back surface and a straight line passing through the edge of the central opening and the edge of the back-surface opening is greater than 90˚.
