Abstract:
This light-emitting device (100) is provided with: a light-emitting substrate (10) having an insulating substrate (32), a circuit pattern layer (34) disposed on one side of the insulating substrate (32), and at least one light-emitting element (20) joined to the circuit pattern layer (34); a flat heat pipe mechanism (40) for drawing heat away from the light-emitting substrate (10) which increases in temperature when the at least one light-emitting element (20) emits light; and a cooling unit (50) for cooling the flat heat pipe mechanism (40).
