Abstract:
A light emitting diode (220) detection system, comprising: a first transparent substrate (100); and a plurality of independently controlled thin film transistors (110) arranged on the first transparent substrate (100), the position of the thin film transistors (110) corresponding on a one-to-one basis with the position of light emitting diodes (220) to be detected. A voltage is applied to the thin film transistors (110) and, due to capacitive coupling, the light emitting diodes (220) corresponding to the thin film transistors (110) can produce a current and emit light, thereby implementing large batch detection of light emitting diodes (220) and increasing the light emitting diode (220) detection efficiency.
