Abstract:
A light-emitting element, a light-emitting element unit including the light-emitting element, and a display device are provided. The light-emitting element has a shape extending in a first direction, and includes: a light-emitting element core including a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer, and an element activation layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer; an element insulating film surrounding the side of the light-emitting element core; and a reflective film disposed on the outer side of the element insulating film and surrounding at least the side of the element active layer.
