Abstract:
A digital signal processing circuit 11 measures a distance in accordance with a plurality of modulation frequencies including a first modulation frequency f1 and a second modulation frequency f2 which is lower than the first modulation frequency f1. The digital signal processing circuit 11 is configured in such a way that, when measuring the distance in accordance with the first modulation frequency f1, a storage capacitor of a light receiving element 6 accumulates/discharges charge in accordance with a timing at which a phase polarity is controlled by means of a light emission control circuit 3 for each sub-sequence, and the distance is measured in accordance with the charge accumulated in the storage capacitor. Furthermore, the digital signal processing circuit 11 corrects the distance measurement result on the basis of the measurement result obtained using the first modulation frequency f1 and the measurement result obtained using the second modulation frequency f2.
