Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a light-receiving apparatus and an electronic device for making it possible to obtain higher image quality. The light-receiving apparatus comprises a semiconductor substrate in which first photodetectors and second photodetectors are arranged in at least substantially the same light-receiving surface, and an optical member provided with at least a first optical system for causing light to be incident on the first photodetectors and a second optical system for causing light to be incident on the second photodetectors. The direction of a principal ray on the object side differs between first pixels in which light forms an image on the first photodetectors via the first optical system, and second pixels in which light forms an image on the second photodetectors via the second optical system. The present invention can be applied to various authentication devices, for example.
