Abstract:
A light-responsive liposome, a preparation method and an application thereof. The light-responsive liposome comprises a phospholipid, cholesterol and an azobenzene derivative containing a quaternary ammonium salt group at a molar ratio of 1-2:1-2:1-2. The light-responsive liposome may respond to ultraviolet light, and may achieve controlled release of a drug in an inner portion of the liposome by means of ultraviolet light irradiation.
