Abstract:
This light splitting device comprises: a first optical system onto which an object light including a first wavelength-band light and a second wavelength-band light is incident and which has a first diaphragm and emits the incident object light via the first diaphragm; a splitting optical system that separates the object light emitted from the first optical system into the first wavelength-band light and the second wavelength-band light; and a second optical system onto which the second wavelength-band light obtained by splitting the object light by means of the splitting optical system is incident via the second diaphragm, and which has a second diaphragm and emits the incident second wavelength-band light, wherein the first optical system forms an intermediate image between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm.
