Abstract:
A light transmission control device according to the present invention is provided with: a substrate; a first transparent electrode coupled to the substrate; partition walls which surround the first transparent electrode and form an inner space that is open upward; a particle liquid which is accommodated in the space within the partition walls, includes light shielding particles, and has hydrophobicity; and a cap which is formed above the partition walls and the particle liquid, seals the space within the partition walls, and has hydrophilicity.
