Technical Field

Invention relates to a spray lighter embodiment for those using tobacco products such as cigarette, cigar, pipe etc. and/or those carrying mouth spray for bad breath.

Invention is a case embodiment facilitating practical carrying cosmetic products in gas form such as deodorant, perfume, odour eliminating agents together with portable lighters.

Present State of the Art

Lighters are used to provide light almost whenever needed as they are practical to use and carry. Dating back to the 16th century, light wheel to generate flame basically used to obtain fire practically provides fire generated conversion into gas form of propane gas in liquid form upon friction of wheel to iron and cerium alloy following decrease in pressure. Today some of lighters having various types and models use piezoelectric for firing.

Today, lighters of various models and techniques can be used not only a lighting apparatus but also used as accessories as well as perform multi-purposes together with various products. It is also likely to fulfil various needs by combining them with various products. They are used as various accessories by combining them with products such as pen, usb, ring, watch, bracelet, knife, phone accessories etc.

In general, the owners of lighters are people who use tobacco products. Due to tobacco use, user may suffer from bad breath and tobacco smell causes undesired consequences of smelling of clothes. In the end, this disturbs people around them.

Another problem is that people smoking tobacco products carry products such as chewing gum, candy etc. or mouth spray, breath refresh products in order to eliminate bad breath.

Another problem is that people always carry smell preventing goods, mouth spray, perfume, deodorant, and other products in order to eliminate such unpleasant smells like those caused by tobacco smoking or sweating. Since such products are those that cannot always be carried, immediate solution can not be provided. Today, although there are small cosmetic products for bags and pocket sizes, carrying such products are generally forgotten cannot meet the needs.

During literature search, following application is seen regarding developments in the field.

A patent application numbered TR 2011/00211 and entitled “jewellery capsule containing cosmetic products” discloses a capsule developed for easy carrying of cosmetic products such as perfume, deodorant and comprises cosmetic product in capsule form designed in desired size according to intended jewellery, clothing accessory and capable for putting accessories therein.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a lighter embodiment meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages, and providing some additional advantages.

Primary purpose of the invention is to provide a spray mechanism placed onto lighter and developed for use in all areas to provide elimination of disturbing smells such as bad breath, dryness of the mouth, sweating, body odour etc.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide easy carrying of breath refreshing products in any gas and liquid form and mouth sprays as well as cosmetic products in gas and liquid forms.

A further purpose of the invention is to enable people smoking tobacco products and carrying lighters all the times to eliminate unpleasant smells.

Another purpose of the invention is to enable filling spray mechanism integrated with lighter with gas or liquid form products.

Another purpose of the invention is to enable adding tear gas into chamber in spray mechanism to provide personal security. A further purpose of the invention is to provide a single product carrying to prevent further need of carrying products such as spray, cologne, deodorant, breath refreshing products by user.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide an ergonomic, easy to carry product by means of combining chamber spray mechanism with lighter.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention comprises a lighter and a chamber containing product in form of gas or liquid and a spray mechanism.

The structural and functional features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions given below and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention

This invention is a spray mechanism (1) lighter (A) and comprises a lighter body (9) embodiment combined with the spray mechanism (1).

The spray mechanism (1) and a spray filling chamber (8) of said invention are integrated on the lighter body (9).

Said invention comprises the lighter body (9) and a lighter filling unit (3).

Said invention comprises the spray mechanism (1) combined with the lighter body (9).

Said invention contains spray mechanism (1) that provides fragrance to the outside by fragrance products in liquid or gas form put into spray filling chamber (8).

Said invention contains spray filling unit (2) independent of lighter filling unit (3).

A locking oval spray chamber (4) can be independent of lighter filling chamber (10) in said invention.

A locking groove spray chamber (5) can be independent of lighter filling chamber (10) in said invention.

Locking and glue spray chamber (11) of said invention can comprise the locking groove spray chamber (5) and groove glue connection part (6).

In the said invention, the groove glue connection part (6) connects the locking groove spray chamber (5) and the lighter body (9) to each other.

In the said invention, a glue spray chamber (7) can be in form fixed to the lighter body (9)

In the said invention, the spray filling chamber (8) can be in different forms as shown in Figure-7.
