Abstract:
A lightguide plate optical switch and a lightguide plate array optical switch module, comprising optical transmitters, optical receivers, a circuit wafer, an optical switch, and a lightguide plate. Optical signals transmitted by the optical transmitters are connected to the optical receivers by means of the optical switch. When the optical switch is triggered, propagating light paths between the optical transmitters and the optical receivers are interrupted. The lightguide plate is divided into multiple optical areas. Optical signals in the multiple optical areas are separated from each other. In each optical area, multiple optical transmitters are respectively connected to light paths of a group of optical receivers or are respectively connected to a light path of one optical receiver. The optical transmitters are connected to an output port of a CPU, and the optical receivers are connected to an input port of the CPU. Provided is a thin-film optical switch that has a simple fabrication process and low production costs, specifically provided is an ultrathin thin-film optical switch that has a long service life and is widely applicable in PC keyboards, thin membrane keyboards, and thin notebook keyboards.
