The present invention relates to the technical field of lighting equipment, and discloses lighting equipment having a purification module, and a makeup mirror that uses that lighting equipment. The lighting equipment having a purification module comprises: a light body that has a light emitting surface and light exit surface, for which light emitted from the light emitting surface passes through the light exit surface and is emitted to the external environment; and a purification module that includes an air blowing device and an ion generating device, in which the air blowing device blows ions generated by the ion generating device out to the external environment, wherein the direction of light beams emitted to the external environment via the light exit surface and the blowout direction in which the air blowing device blows ions out to the external environment match. In the lighting equipment having a purification module provided by the present invention, the light beam direction in which light beams are emitted to the external environment via the light exit surface and the direction in which ions are blown out to the external environment match, lighting and air purification are performed simultaneously, the user can experience lighting and air purification of the lighting equipment simultaneously at the lighting equipment side, the structure of the lighting equipment is simple, and adjustment can be done smoothly.
