Abstract:
A lighting system (20) and a related product. The lighting system (20) is sequentially provided with a light source back plate (201), an optical polarization element (203) and a polarization beam splitter (204). The light source back plate (201) comprises a circuit substrate (2011) and a light source unit (2012) thereon. Unpolarized light emitted by the light source unit (2012) reaches the polarization beam splitter (204) after passing through the optical polarization element (203), and is divided into first linearly polarized light, which is transmitted, and second linearly polarized light, which is reflected. The second linearly polarized light is converted into polarized light in a first polarization state by means of the optical polarization element (203), then reaches the circuit substrate (2011), and is reflected by the circuit substrate (2011) to be polarized light in a second polarization state, which has an opposite rotation direction to the polarized light in the first polarization state. The optical polarization element (203) converts the linearly polarized light in the second polarization state into third linearly polarized light, which has the same polarization direction as the first linearly polarized light. The polarization beam splitter (204) then transmits the third linearly polarized light. By changing the polarization state of polarized light, and reflected light beams, the recycling of the polarized light is realized. The lighting system (20) is small in size and low in terms of control difficulty, and the lighting system can improve the lighting efficiency and the battery life of a product.
