Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, a casting sand mold lightweight design method using 3D printing is provided. The casting sand mold lightweight design method comprises a step of designing a 3D model according to the structure of a sand mold, wherein the step of designing the 3D model comprises a first lightweight design step of designing a first lightweight model by setting a range to which a first lightweight pattern is applied, the first lightweight pattern comprises a plurality of pores from which a partial region of the casting sand mold is removed, and the plurality of pores can have a structure in which unit cells arranged in a closely packed structure are repeatedly formed.
