Abstract:
This limit switch comprises a switch main body having therein a contact mechanism section and a manipulation section connected to the switch main body. The manipulation section comprises: an elastic part for biasing a manipulation lever from a first operating position to a return position across a rotary shaft part and a first cam part and biasing the manipulation lever from a second operating position to the return position across the rotary shaft part and a second cam part; a first cam rotary movement restriction part for restricting the rotary movement of the first cam part in a first direction, which is the direction in which the manipulation lever moves from the return position to the second operating position; and a second cam rotary movement restriction part for restricting the rotary movement of the second cam part in a second direction, which is the direction in which the manipulation lever moves from the return position to the first operating position.
