Abstract:
An on-line oil injection lubrication system of a small-caliber cold pipe blank unit, comprising a pipe blank inner hole injection assembly (1), a tube blank outer surface spray assembly (2), and at least one smart oil supply assembly (3). The tube blank inner bore spray assembly (1) partially extends into the tube blank (4) and lubricates the inner hole of same. The front portion of the tube blank is also provided with a roller (5) for rolling the tube blank, the tube blank outer surface spray assembly (2) lubricates the contact portion of the tube blank (4) and the roller (5). The smart oil supply assembly (3) comprises an upper IPC (31), a vector inverter (32), and a hydraulic pump (33), the hydraulic pump (33) is connected to an oil barrel (34), the upper IPC (31) by means of controlling the vector inverter (32) regulates oil amount the hydraulic pump (33) provides to the inner hole of the lubricant assembly (1) and/or the tube blank outer surface spray assembly. The on-line oil injection lubrication system can improve the internal and external surface quality of the small-caliber stainless steel tube, effectively solving the problems of small-caliber stainless steel seamless tubes experiencing various surface quality problems, including roughening, folds, and micro-cracks caused by a lack of lubricant during the large deformation rolling process.
