Abstract:
Linear actuator comprising a housing (1) with an electric motor (3), which through a transmission (8-11) drives a spindle unit comprising a spindle (7) with a spindle nut (14), an adjustment element (13), typically tubular. The actuator further comprises a rear mounting, typically arranged in a rear end of the housing (1), and a front mounting in the free end of the adjustment element, and where the rear mounting (19) and the front mounting (15) are equipped with an eye (19a, 15a) for a pin (20, 18) for mounting of the linear actuator. The front mounting (15) and/or the rear mounting (19) is constructed with the pin (18,20) placed in the entrance to the eye (15a,19a), typically moulded in plastic as one unit. As there is no loose pin, but the pin is already positioned in the eye, this eases the mounting as the pin should merely be inserted into the eye of the bracket on the structure.
