Abstract:
Before a slider transfer operation is performed to move a slider 4 between a fixed linear module 2b and a movable linear module 2c positioned in a facing range Fcb is performed, determination processing for determining whether or not the movable linear module 2c is positioned in the facing range Fcb is performed. As a result, if it is determined that the movable linear module 2c is not positioned in the facing range Fcb, the slider transfer operation is performed after a preparing operation is performed to move the movable linear module 2c into the facing range Fcb. Thus, the slider 4 can be properly moved between the fixed linear module 2b and the movable linear module 2c.
