Abstract:
A linear light spot laser bend method for forming a metal sheet, the method comprising: using a multi-mode laser scanning rotating mirror (6) or a single piezoelectric deformable mirror (11) to convert Gaussian distribution point light spots (5) of a laser into evenly distributed linear light spots (9, 14), while loading the laser onto a bend line (8, 13) area to conduct bend formation on the metal sheet. Thus, a temperature field on the bend line of the metal sheet is evenly distributed, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing warping deformation, increasing bend angle consistency and improving bending efficiency.
